Kelly & Kenny 4.25.09

Last year, around this time, I made the BIG decision to add weddings to my line up of photography.  Kelly was one of the first people to find me, thanks to one of my other clients- Yes, Mrs. G, thats YOU!   Well, fast forward to her wedding day- and I think I have photographed 70% of the wedding party! I had such a blast at this wedding- it was like watching someone in my family get married. I had such a good time!  I had WAY more photos than I could ever edit! It was such a beautiful wedding party, I could not stop shooting.

The wedding was at Memorial Presbytarian Church in downtown St. Augustine, and then the reception was at The White Room. I have to say, both venues did an absolutely fantastic job! Daisy, the wedding coordinator at the church was so well organized, and with latge wedding parties, that is the BEST! And the white room- well not only did it look fantastic, the food was FABULOUS! I think if Mark and I had to do it all over again, that would be a MUST SEE! Their location is TO DIE FOR! Kelly and Kenny also hired probably the BEST DJ i have ever heard.  Ok, seriously, if you need a DJ, for a party of anything, check these guys out.  I have never seen two guys work so hard to get a party going. The beautiful flowers were done by Floriade, and like the other vendors for this wedding, she rocked it! The flowers just popped- the pinks and whites! One of my favorite combination, and they worked perfectly with the masculine touches at the Whiteroom- all that dark wood!

And Diamond from Andi Diamond Photography came up to shoot with me. She is one of my best friends from college, so we had an absolute BLAST! And Caitlin, my trusty assistant also came along for some fun! Seriously without these two, I think I would still be trying to find my head that I left at the venue! Thanks guys!!
