I take great pride in providing the upmost care and attention you deserve.
The artistry you receive is not only an investment in memorializing your family’s legacy but capturing the essence and love your family holds so near and dear. This information packet will guide you along the custom photography process. Most questions will be answered with the information provided.

How does this work?
$150 Session Fee is due to book your date and includes all immediate family members.
The session fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but is transferable.
SESSION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PRINTS OR DIGITAL FILES.
A pre-session consultation via phone to review the session details, expectations, location choices, session attire suggestions, and helpful recommendations to assist us in getting the best images possible.
On average sessions are 45 -90 minutes either at Sunrise or just before Sunset on the beach. That can vary depending on the location, kind of session or number of people included!
NO additional charge for larger groups. So feel free to include Grandma & Grandpa!

After the session
In approximately 1-3 weeks we will do an in person reveal session. If you feel uncomfortable meeting in person with covid, we can “virtual” or “on-line” reveal meeting. Don’t worry this is done once you get home. You just need a computer & internet connection for the meeting. We prefer in person, we love to help you, and its so much smoother in person!
The online meeting is where I will have 30+ images professionally culled and prepared for your personal slideshow presentation. At the Ordering Appointment your favorites will be chosen, and the collections selected that accurately reflect your style and home décor.
I will share my screen with you & use a specialized software to showcase how collections will accurately look displayed inside your beautiful home(This is why I ask for you to take photos of your walls). This added feature of the selection process solidifies that your vision will become a reality and will give you confidence of your choices.
To further assist you, I have small video clips of the professional heirloom quality products available for purchase. This allows you to view before the meeting and select which products are perfect for you.

Wall Prints
Our goal with your heirloom session is to take the stress and guesswork out of wall art, making it effortless with our ordering process. Clients come to me because they want their beautiful images showcased on high quality archival papers, and framed, and ready to hang {which if you are local, we do for you}! Your family is your legacy, and they deserve to be proudly displayed on your walls.
Wall Portrait + 3 Gift Prints
Includes fully retouched/enhanced, mounted and/or framed, finished portrait AND the corresponding digital file is included.
(Digital Files of gift prints are not included)
Wall art is priced based on the longest inch of the wall space/ print.
Fine Art Print $18/ inch
Gallery Wrap Canvas $25/ inch
Modern Metal/ Acrylic $27/inch
For example, 3 16x20 prints, equal one 40x60 print, and they are all equal to 60"x the cost of the style.

Digital Files
I proudly offer both digital files and beautiful print products for your ordering convenience. As I understand the importance of displaying your family’s photos inside your home, I recognize many clients prefer both keepsakes to pass onto their loved ones.
However, keep in mind that digital files are not yet proven to stand the test of time as well as printed products do.
Additionally, viewing your family’s beautiful wall art proudly displayed inside your home not only reinforces family bonds but individual self-esteem. You hired a professional photographer not to capture moments that sit on a computer but memories that will warm your heart and bring a smile to your face every time you look at them.
