Timing & Getting Around

This is where Vilano really shines. From the tip, where the inlet meets the ocean, we get close to 360 degree views in one spot, straight down the coastline, back toward the St. Augustine Lighthouse, and into the St. Augustine skyline itself. It's the one location on this list that gives us that many looks without moving. Vilano is also close to Castle Otttis, appointment-only, worth asking about if it fits your vision and near downtown St. Augustine.

Porpoise Point

Colorful storefronts and cute little buildings make for a great backdrop, especially on a windy day when the beach itself is tougher to shoot. The Intracoastal side adds sun drenched, open natural areas too, a completely different look in the same afternoon.
