One of the benefits of living in Northeast Florida is that we can create beautiful senior portraits nearly year-round. Most of my seniors are photographed in the fall, winter, or spring, and the best timing often depends on your senior's schedule, activities, sports seasons, yearbook deadlines, and the overall look you want for your session.

During our initial consultation, we'll talk through all of those details—from weather and wardrobe to locations and timing—so we can choose the season that best fits your senior and creates the experience you're envisioning.

Senior portrait pricing can vary widely depending on the photographer, the experience provided, and what's included.

On the lower end, you may find photographers offering sessions for a few hundred dollars. Others may include digital images only, while some offer a more full-service experience with planning, styling, artwork, and products.

My experience falls into the boutique, full-service category. Portrait collections begin at $1,000, and most families invest approximately $2,500 on their senior portrait experience, digital images, and heirloom artwork. Some families choose to invest more as they create custom albums, wall galleries, and keepsakes designed to preserve this season for generations.

How many outfits should my senior bring to their senior session?

That depends on the session you choose, but most seniors bring several outfits to create variety throughout their gallery {yep, even the guys}! We'll discuss wardrobe options during the planning process so every outfit has a purpose and helps tell your senior's story.

Can we include sports, hobbies, or even pets?

Absolutely. Senior year is about celebrating who your senior is right now. Whether it's athletics, dance, music, cars, horses, or a beloved pet, we'll find meaningful ways to incorporate the things that matter most to them..

Do you photograph senior boys? 

Absolutely. Senior guys often bring a completely different energy to their session—more relaxed, laid-back, and focused on who they are rather than perfect poses. Whether they're athletes, outdoorsmen, musicians, car enthusiasts, or just want to keep things simple, the goal is to create an experience that feels natural and comfortable. Many parents tell me their son isn't excited about senior photos, and that's okay. With nearly 20 years of experience working with teens, I know how to keep things easy, low-pressure, and genuine so we capture real expressions and authentic moments without anything feeling awkward or forced. How far in advance should we book?

I recommend booking several months in advance, especially for popular spring and fall dates. I photograph a limited number of seniors each year to provide a personalized experience, so earlier booking gives you the best selection of dates.

Do you offer professional hair and makeup?

Yes! Professional hair and makeup are included for senior girls because they help create a polished look while allowing your senior to relax and feel confident before the session begins. My goal is for every senior to feel their absolute best.

How do we receive our final images?

After your session, we'll schedule your image premiere where you'll see your portraits for the first time and select your favorite images, albums, wall art, and digital files. I'll guide you through the process so it feels simple, enjoyable, and stress-free.
