Ander’s San Marco Jacksonville Photo Session
San Marco is such a great location for senior photos, especially for a guys senior session. We chose to use this for Ander, who was a 2022 senior from Episcopal School of Jacksonville. I love that San Marco can be both preppy, and grungy, and has great neutral backgrounds. I also love that its near the water which is perfect for sunset photos. Since it faces towards the east, we get that beautiful dramatic sky, which is perfect at the end of the session.
Photographing senior guys is always so much fun, and Ander was no exception. As a matter of fact, he KILLED it! He was such a natural in front of the camera, and I think he had a great time {Right Ander}! He definitely felt most at home in his Braves gear, which his mom said was the most lik his normal vibe. Bit my fave was his button up and shorts- a little bit casual, and a little bit dressy… but 100%Florida, especially in the spring! One of the features of having an extended session in San Marco, is getting different backgrounds, and outfits, so you feel like you get all of your styles. It also allows you to get comfortable in front of the camera, and kind of forget about. But most importantly, it allows you to enjoy my great jokes and dance moves 🙂
Ander is a retired baseball player, and was headed to Tallahassee to start school over there! Knowing his personality, I am sure he is having a great time, and enjoying being a freshman there! Congrats Ander on your senior year… and don’t forget to call your mom! She worries!
