Last fall I started the book The Happiness Project…and loved it. But I am one of those people who struggles with resolutions of any kind, much less in the middle of the year. So, with 2011 upon me, I am making my “project” public. The goal of the project is to live the life you want, both professionally and personally. Realistically, we all want to have less stress, a cleaner house, better relationships, make more money/product, and more personal time- but living it can be a completely different story. So, I am making each month of this year a focus and then will blog at the end of the month to see what I learned. I suppose by committing to that, it means I actually need to list the 12 things I want to work on in my own everyday existence. The first step in the happiness project is the 12 commandments- I am putting them here for ease of use, but you can find all the details about the happiness project at The Happiness Project Blog
So, there it is…my list for 2011. I am still on the fence about which I will do first, and how I am going to organize each category. I think I will complete in January 2012, so I can use this month to organize my plan. So, since February is the month of love, I am going to begin with #6, and focus on my marriage. I know that has to make Mark smile…

I think that is a WONDERFUL plan. We all take so many things for granted in our everyday life. When you get to number 3 can you add Colorado into to your travel, Lol j/k. You are an amazing person and one of the strongest people I know. I really admire you Kel and I don’t know what I would do without you.
